User account details: When creating an account in Tuna, we need you to provide us with the following data which we process for the sole purpose of giving you access to the services: username, email, profile picture and/or any other information you wish to provide in the optional blank gaps. But also, you can log in using your Voicemod for Windows account (Desktop) or even, Discord, Twitch, Google or Apple accounts.

Therefore, we retain your data until revoking your consent when requesting their deletion, limit the processing, ask for their portability and also oppose their processing. However, please note that you cannot use Tuna if you delete your Desktop account when access was made through that application.
Information about the activities you perform in Tuna: Once your Tuna account is already created and you start to interact on it, the following data and metadata can be collected or processed by us: audio information, specifically, the voices of the content uploaded to the platform but also, the content you download from Tuna to your pc or any other device or/and about the content you convert from external platforms.

Feedback and support: If you desire giving feedback or asking questions a support channel has been set up. So, in order to resolve any query correctly as soon as possible some data has to be known by us: name, email, country, product/platform, the type of license you have and all the additional information you want to add describing the matter. But also, you can raise those doubts or your feedback through our “moderation channel” in Discord. The feedback or content raised may be shared anonymously in FAQ and as a promotional aim to show what users think about Voicemod.

Managing your copyright infringement notice: As a service provider, Voicemod has the obligation to make available specific copyright claim channels to you and to resolve them by the means provided for that purpose. So, your and the alleged infringer's name, address, telephone number, e-mail and the potential infringing content and user will be processed.

The legal basis for such processing is your consent and the legal obligation contained in the Directive (EU) 2019/790 of The European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market.

Therefore, we retain the data contained on the “IP claim notice” and the written claim itself during the necessary time to resolve the matter regarding the legitimacy of the specific content. Tuna’s services functionality and updating: When interacting in Tuna, Voicemod will know the following data: device ID and OS, IP address, environment and apps used to access our environment, language, use pattern, number of sounds downloads and uploads, interactions by user in his pc screen, etc. That information is necessary in order to ensure that you can fully enjoy the services offered by Tuna and to protect and maintain them and the product itself. Also, that information sometimes is used to know which are the most interesting Tuna’s functionalities for you, and for example, to analice how much success Tuna has, in order to develop and include better or new features as well as to get statistics for internal voicemod study and knowledge. Please note that some above-mentioned data will not be processed if the user has installed ad-blockers.

For example, if you interact with our social media account or you share Tuna content in LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, etc. on another platform, we may receive certain information about you, such as your username on that social media or platform only if those kind of platforms want to disclose it. The legal basis for such processing is your consent to the privacy policies and processing of your personal data of those websites and our legitimate interest in processing such data. Therefore, processing will be carried through and data retained until the earlier of the following events: 18 months as set forth in relevant legislation, a request for their deletion, processing limitation, portability or opposition submitted by you through our support channel.
Voice samples in Discord when using our Discord Bot. If you interact in the channel where our Bot called “VoicemodTunaBot” is working, Discord can provide Voicemod voice samples from your conversation with time limits based on its policies and terms of use which can be uploaded to Tuna afterwards by you to get used and downloaded. So, The information we process is the following: your voice, user_name, user_id, guild_name, guild_id, channel_name, channel_id.

The legal basis for such processing is your consent. The bot will ask you twice whether or not you will give consent to such activity. In case you do not accept or do not reply to the bot's private messages, your conversation will not be requested at any time from Discord and no data will be uploaded to Tuna.

We fully comply with the requirements of Discord's General and Specific Terms of Use and its Privacy Policy, which also apply to this data processing.
